The Residence TP007, composed of 12 cottages, is located in the renowned tourist locality of San Vito Lo Capo, in province of Trapani. A charming frame of peace and relax, among unusual ways and unforgettable dawns and sunsets for a "natural" vacation to imprint in the memory!
The residence, exclusively reserved for guests staying, immersed in a suggestive and particular habitat (30000 mq), 200 m from the sea with a private access to a stretch of pebbly and rocky coast, is articoled in new-built, furneshed, equipped and conditioned cottages of four types (bilo, trilo, 2, 3, 4, 5 beds). All units have a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers, beach shower and washing hanging.

FACILITIES: parking, playground for children, barbecue with gazebo area- tables and benches to prepare unforgettable grills, access to the sea ( rocky coast).

DISTANCES: 200 m from an old disused tun where you can swim (reef coast); 5/6 km from the natural reserve of zingaro; 1 km from the town (San Vito Lo Capo) and its wonderful sandy beach.

The cottages:
Bilo type 'A': 2-3 people, composed of double bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Bilo type 'B': 3-4 people, composed of double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Bilo type 'C': 4-5 people, composed of double bedroom, living room/kitchen, room with bunk bed (without door between bedroom and living room), bathroom with shower.
Trilo type 'D': 4-5 people, composed of double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom with shower.

Il residence TP007 si trova nella rinomata località turistica di San Vito Lo Capo, sull'estrema punta della Sicilia nord-occidentale, in provincia di Trapani. In un'incantevole cornice di pace e relax, tra itinerari insoliti e indimenticabili albe e tramonti, per una vacanza ecologica da imprimere nella memoria!
Il residence riservato esclusivamente agli ospiti soggiornanti, immerso in un suggestivo ed esclusivo habitat naturale (30000 mq terreno recintato), a m 200 dal mare con accesso privato ad un tratto di costa di ciottoli e rocce, si articola in climatizzate e coarredate villette di quattro tipi (bilo,trilo, 2, 3, 4, 5 posti letto).
Tutte le Villette dispongono di veranda coperta arredata con tavoli e sedie ove è possibile consumare i pasti e di uno spazio ad "uso esclusivo" dotato di lettini da sole, doccia da spiaggia, acquaio esterno e stendipanni.

SERVIZI: parcheggio, barbecue con attigui gazebi, tavoli e panche, accesso privato alla costa rocciosa.

DISTANZE: 200 m dall'antica tonnara del secco ("scogliera dolce"), 5/6 km dalla riserva naturale dello zingaro, 1 km dal centro (San Vito Lo Capo) e la sua bellissima spiaggia.
