Situata in una splendida posizione a circa 200 mt. dal faro di San Vito lo Capo (Trapani), la villa è indipendente, dista 30 metri dal mare (con possibilità di balneazione dagli scogli) ed è immersa in un giardino di piante mediterranee con al centro una grande palma.
Dall'ampia terrazza con porticato, che rappresenta il vero cuore della casa, si gode di una splendida vista sul golfo di San Vito Lo Capo, che fa da sfondo ai momenti di relax. La villa, che beneficia di condizioni climatiche particolarmente favorevoli, è a circa 500 mt. dall'inizio del corso principale e dalla grande spiaggia libera.
Il porto (spiaggia, noleggio barche e gommoni, scuola di vela, diving center, partenza gite organizzate) dista 150 mt. La posizione è ottima per abbandonare l'auto durante il periodo di vacanza e spostarsi a piedi o in bicicletta (gran parte del centro abitato è zona pedonale).

La casa è così organizzata:
Ampio soggiorno con camino e televisore, 2 divani (di cui uno letto matrimoniale), Angolo pranzo: 10 posti comodi!
Cucina in muratura con forno elettrico e lavatrice.
Due camera matrimoniali di cui una con bagno/doccia interno.
Una dependance con divano letto matrimoniale e bagno/doccia interno.
Una camera con letto a castello + 3° letto aggiunto.
Un bagno (doccia + vasca piccola).
E, soprattutto, l'ampia terrazza coperta con tavolo da pranzo e sdraio.
Il giardino è attrezzato con doccia esterna, barbecue in muratura, sdraio, ombrellone e dispone di due/tre posti auto interni.

This lovely and spacious holiday house is located in the seaside resort of San Vito lo Capo (Trapani, Sicily). Situated in a marvellous position 200 metres far from the lighthouse and only 30 metres from the sea, the house is located in a luxuriant garden of Mediterranean plants with a big palm tree in the middle.
From the big terrace with colonnade (the very house's heart), you can have a breathtaking view of the gulf as a perfect scenery for relax.
The house is located 500 metres far from the main road and from the big beach. The harbour (beach, boat rental, sailing school, diving centre, organized tours,) is 150 metres far. The position is excellent to let you leave your car and to move by feet or by bicycle (most of the village is pedestrian area) .

The house is provided with:
Big dining room with chimney and two sofas (one double bed), tv color.
Big table for ten people.
Kitchen equipped with washing machine and electric hoven.
2 double bedroom (one of this with ensuite bathroom/shower).
One "dependance" with double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom/shower.
One bedroom with two single beds (possible one extra bed).
One bathroom (shower + small bath).
And, all over, the big covered terrace with a table, deckchairs and garden seats.

The price is for the whole house and it includes:
- kitchen utensils;
- reception service.


The price does not include:
- electricity, water, gas: 70 Euros per week;
- final cleaning: 70 Euros;
- bike rental: 100 Euros per week (3 bikes for adults + 2 bikes for children);
- linen rental (sheets + towels): 15 Euros per person;


You pay:
- to secure booking: a non refundable 30% deposit of whole amount;
- on arrival: cash settlement of balance;
- on arrival: Security deposit refundable on departure prior to apartment inspection. It is 30% about of whole amount (please enquiry to the owner the exact returnable deposit amount);
- on departure: the cost of any damages.
