The villa TP004 is located between Palermo and Trapani in the wonderful seside resort of Scopello, 500 meters far from the medieval suburb, 1000 meters far from the "faraglioni" and the ancient "tonnara" on the sea. It is very close to the Natural reserve of Zingaro. The villa has a wide garden (about 3500 square meters) and it is in a hill surrounded of saracen towers and mediterranean vegetation. Its panoramic position allows to enjoy of a wonderful landscape (it is possible to sea Ustica island too). This holiday house is composed of two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with 3 beds sofa, a completely furnished kitchen inside the house, another kitchen outside, laundry, outside showers, a gazebo with barbecue area and a patio where you'll enjoy a charming view!
From this villa is very easy to go to Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Mothia island, the "saline", Segesta, Alcamo, Calatafimi and all the most important archeological site of the western Sicily. In this area there are a lot of festival and events too: in september in San Vito Lo Capo there is the Cous Cous festival; in July there is the jazz festival at Alcamo; in the summer at Segesta there are the classic performaces in the old greek theatre.
In the nearby of the villa is possible to rent ships, bikes and horses.

La villa TP004 si trova a metà strada tra Palermo e Trapani, nella splendida località di Scopello a 500 mt dal borgo medioevale, a 1000 mt dai faraglioni dell'antica tonnara sul mare, al confine con la riserva naturale dello Zingaro. La villa è circondata da 3500mq di terreno e si trova su una collinetta immersa nel verde, circondata da torri saracene e vegetazione mediterranea e dominante la costa occidentale. La posizione panoramica della villa permette di godere di uno splendido paesaggio caratterizzato dall'isola di Ustica in lontananza.
La casa è composta da due camere matrimoniali, una camera tripla, doppi servizi con doccia, soggiorno con divani letto, ampia cucina abitabile, ulteriore cucina esterna in muratura, lavanderia e doccia esterne in muratura, vasta zona barbecue con gazebo, patio anteriore coperto con vista sul baglio e sui Faraglioni di Scopello.
L'alloggio in questa villa è la sistemazione ideale come base per escursioni a Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Isola di Mothia e riserva dello Stagnone, saline, Segesta, Alcamo, Calatafimi e tutti i siti archeologici e termali di notevole interesse. Da tenere in considerazione il Cous Cous festival a San Vito lo Capo nel mese di Settembre, il Jazz festival ad Alcamo nel mese di Luglio e le tragedie greche nel teatro di Segesta durante tutto il periodo estivo.
Nelle vicinanze si hanno gli imbarchi per isole minori ed è possibile affittare piccole barche, gommoni e bici. C'è anche un maneggio a breve distanza.
Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile, parla inglese e francese e vi fornirà informazioni utili sui servizi, le escursioni, le spiagge meno conosciute e tutto quello che occorre per scoprire questa zona ancora incontaminata.
