The holiday cottage SR030 is a lovely and cosy cottage located a few steps away from the beautiful Gallina beach. Gallina is a small seaside resort located 3 km away from Avola, 3 km away from Fontane Bianche and 15 km away from Syracuse. This is the right place for exploring the South of Syracuse and the beautiful beaches of Vendicari, Eloro, Isola delle Correnti, etc.
The cottage is composed of a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a twin bed sofa + a pull out bed, a double bedroom in a mezzanine, a bathroom with shower and a veranda with BBQ and wood-burning oven.

Si tratta di una casetta indipendente di ca. 70 m2, situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di sabbia di Gallina. La Villetta é composta da una camera matrimoniale, un ampio soggiorno con un divano letto composto da due letti singoli e possibilitá di un letto supplementare, ampio soppalco con letto matrimoniale, servizi con doccia, veranda con cucina e giardinetto privato con secondo bagno, barbecue e forno a legna.

- on arrival: cash settlement of balance;
- on arrival: Security deposit of 200 euro refundable on departure prior to apartment inspection;
