Rent this cottage and enjoy your stay in Sicily! It is in a fabulous location for a relaxing rest in the beach or for exploring the Sout East of Sicily (Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Vendicari, Modica, Ragusa, etc.).
It is situated less than 1 minute walk from a small supermarket and from the bus stop. Newsagent, bars, pharmacy,emergency doctore, restaurants, pizzerie, gelaterie, are in a walking distance too. For this reason a car is suggested but not necessary.
A short drive away, the small town of Cassibile with each kind of shops, markets, pubs and restaurants.

Through a secluded small garden in sicilian style (with a lemon tree, an orange tree and some figs tree), you will find a comfortable and simple house, ideally suited for a couple or a family of 4.
This house has been recently refurbished with a new bathroom and a new kitchen. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a dining room/kitchen and can sleep up to 5 people, utilizing a folding bed in dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven as well as all the many other essential items.
The dining room has a colour TV and the air conditioning.
Outside, there is a veranda with sea view. A magnificent view can be enjoyed also from the separate roof terrace.
The veranda is equipped with table and chairs and it is ideal for either just relaxing over breakfast, or perfect for a BBQ on a summer evening.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.
There is no telephone but there is reception for a mobile phone.
Parking is available inside the cottage for one vehicle.

La villetta SR026 è situata nella rinomata località balneare di Fontane Bianche, a circa 15 km da Siracusa in Sicilia. La villa si trova a soli 100m dalla spiaggia, caratterizzata da acque cristalline e splendida sabbia dorata.
Questa villetta si trova in una posizione perfetta sia per godere delle ore di assoluto relax sulla spiaggia di Fontane Bianche, sia per effettuare delle escursioni giornaliere a Sud di Siracusa (Noto, Marzamemi, Vendicari, Modica, Ragusa, etc.).
La casa è situata a pochi passi da un piccolo supermarket e dalla fermata del bus. Giornalaio, bar, farmacia, guardia medica, ristoranti, gelaterie e pizzerie sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
Per ogni esigenza vi è comunque il paese di Cassibile a qualche chilometro di distanza.

Attraverso un piccolo ma caratteristico giardino in stile siciliano (con degli alberi di limoni, arance e fichi), vi troverete in una semplice ed accogliente casetta, perfetta per una coppia o una famiglia di 4 persone, ma adattabile anche per 5 persone, utilizzando una brandina nel soggiorno.
Questa villetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata con un nuovo bagno ed una nuova cucina. All'interno è composta da una camera matrimoniale, una camera con un letto a castello, un bagno con doccia ed una luminosa cucina/soggiorno. La cucina è ben equipaggiata con frigo/freezer, lavatrice, forno elettrico e tutti gli utensili e le stoviglie necessarie.
Vi sono inoltre la TV, l'aria condizionata ed un ventilatore a tetto.
All'esterno vi è una bella veranda con vista sul mare, ma una splendida vista sul golfo di Fontane Bianche si può godere anche dall'ampio terrazzo sul tetto.
La veranda è equipaggiata con tavolo e sedie ed è l'ideale per una rilassante colazione al fresco o per delle cene in compagnia di amici.

All'interno della villetta è possibile parcheggiare una macchina e sono ammessi piccoli animali domestici.
