La villa SR024 si trova a pochi passi dal mare, nella zona balneare di Cuba, Fontane Bianche (Siracusa).
L'abitazione è composta da 2 camere da letto (una è matrimoniale, nell'altra invece si può scegliere tra un letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli), un bagno con doccia, un' ampia cucina in muratura, una sala da pranzo con camino ed un'altra ampia stanza in cui si trova il forno a legna. All'esterno vi è un delizioso patio nel quale si possono trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax. Vi sono poi il barbecue, il posto auto ed un ampio giardino molto curato.
La villa è ben arredata e curata nei particolari, è dotata di tutti i confort (televisore, lavatrice, forno, freezer, asciugacapelli, ecc.) e può ospitare comodamente 4 persone.

La villa è situata a circa 150m da una comoda scogliera caratterizzata da scogli abbastanza agevoli e mare cristallino, a circa 1,5 km si trova, invece, l'ampia e rinomata spiaggia di Fontane Bianche. La bottega di generi alimentari, il panificio e qualche altro servizio si trovano a circa 1 km dalla villa.
Alloggiando in questa villa occorre avere la macchina.
