This holiday villa is located 10 km away from Siracusa and 100 m away from the sea. It is located in Ognina, a seaside resort close to Syracuse.
It is composed of three bedrooms, a spacious living /dining room, a kitchen fully equipped (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.), 2 bathrooms and a large veranda.
The villa is nice furnished and has all you need. There are television, washing machine, hairdryer and in the garden also the barbecue with tables and chairs.
The villa has private parking and an outside shower. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The sea close to the villa has easy accessible rocks and the nearest sandy beaches (Arenella and Fontane Bianche) are just 5 minutes driving.

La villa per vacanza si trova a circa 100 metri dal mare, nella zona balneare di Ognina, situata esattamente a metà strada tra Fontane Bianche ed Arenella, a circa 10 km da Siracusa.
L'abitazione è composta da 3 camere da letto (a scelta matrimoniali o singole), un ampio soggiorno, una piccola cucina, due bagni (di cui uno con doccia) ed un'ampia veranda. All'esterno vi sono poi un'altra doccia (con acqua calda), un'area attrezzata per il barbecue ed un parcheggio coperto.
La villa è ben arredata, è dotata di tutti i confort (televisore, lavatrice, forno, freezer, asciugacapelli, ecc.) e può ospitare fino a 6 persone.
La villa è situata a pochi passi dal mare e viene data in affitto per brevi periodi (settimanalmente). Soggiorni un po' più lunghi sono possibili fuori stagione su richiesta.
La villetta si trova in una zona tranquilla e sileziosa. A circa 4/5 km dalla villa vi sono delle botteghe alimentari ed a circa 5 km si trova l'ampia spiaggia di Fontane Bianche, famosa località balneare della provincia di Siracusa.
Il mare nelle vicinanze è caratterizzato da scogli abbastanza accessibili.
Alloggiando in questa villetta occorre avere una macchina.

La maison se situe à environ 100 m de la mer, dans la zone balneaire de Ognina, à environ 10 km de Syracuse (Siracusa) . Elle se compose d'un grand sejour, une cuisine toute équipée (frigo, freezer, gazinière, four, couverts et batterie de cuisine, etc…), trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain (une avec douche) et une grande véranda.
La maison est bien meublée et équipée tout confort (télé, machine à laver le linge, sèche cheveux,...).
La maison est entourée d'un jardin de 1.000 mq. Dans le jardin vous pouvez trouver table, chaises longues et barbecue. Elle peut accueilir six personnes.
Pour bien profiter du sejour il est conseillé d'avoir une voiture (possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur). A environ 5 km vous pouvez trouver des petites surfaces alimentaires.
Le littoral est caracterisé par des rochers facilement accessibles.
