If you are naturalist and wish to re-conciliate with yourselves, you surely will find comfortable our countryside residence. The villa is inside a large estate located near to Climiti Mounts, part of Ibleo plateau. Landscape is typical of Iblei mounts, characterized by white stone and distinctive stonewall. Logistically speaking estate is easily reachable and well disposed to explore all oriental part of Sicily. Famous archeological site of Pantalica is few step away (5 min), Siracusa (Syracuse) is bit steps over (10 min). The proximity of highway let you reach easily all principal towns and tourist centers such as Brucoli, Noto, Pachino, Ragusa, Modica, Catania, Taormina, Agrigento, etc. Catania airport is 40 minutes away. The villa is composed by a large master bedroom and two other rooms that can be configured with double or single bed. There is also a living room and a kitchen/lunching room.

Farm produces olive oil, almonds and carobs. Picking periods are august for carobs and almonds, October approx for olives.

Se siete amanti della natura e desiderate riconciliarvi con voi stessi troverete sicuramente di vostro gradimento la nostra villa in campagna. La villa si trova all'interno di una vasta tenuta situata alle pendici dei monti Climiti nell'altipiano Ibleo. Il paesaggio è quello tipico degli Iblei dominato a tratti dalla pietra bianca calcarea e delineato dai caratteristici muri a secco. Dal punto di vista logistico la tenuta è facilmente raggiungibile ed ubicata in posizione molto favorevole per esplorare l'intera sicilia orientale. Il famoso sito archeologico di Pantalica è a due passi (5 min), Siracusa è poco più distante (10 min). La vicinanza con l'autostrada facilita il raggiungimento di tutte le principali città e mete turistiche: Brucoli, Noto, Pachino, Ragusa, Modica, Catania, Taormina, Agrigento, etc. L'aeroporto di Catania è a soli 40 minuti.
La villa è dotata di un'ampia stanza da letto matrimoniale, una seconda stanza configurabile con letti singoli o matrimoniale. Infine è disponibile una terza stanza con letti singoli. Un grande soggiorno ed una ampia cucina/stanza da pranzo completano gli spazi disponibili.

Nella tenuta sono prodotti olio d'oliva DOP, Mandorle e Carrube. I periodi di raccolta sono agosto per Mandorle e Carrube, ottobre circa per le olive.

La villa está in una propiedad situada cerca de los montes Climiti, en la meseta calcárea de los montes Ibleos. El paisaje es típico del los montes Ibleos, con piedra calcárea y característicos paredes de piedra.
La propiedad es fácilmente alcanzable y está bien ubicada para visitar toda la parte oriental de la Sicilia. El famoso sito arqueológico de Pantalica está muy cerca (5 min). Poco distante hay la ciudad de Siracusa (10 min). La proximidad de la autopista le haces llegar todas la mas importante ciudad y sitos turísticos: Brucoli, Noto, Pachino, Ragusa, Modica, Catania, Taormina, Agrigento, etc. El aeropuerto de Catania está a cuarenta minutos.
La villa tiene una recamara principal y dos habitación que se pueden configurar con cama sencilla o cama doble. Hay también un salón y una cocina/comida.

Hacienda produce aceite de oliva, almendra, y algarrobos. Recogida son en angosto para almendra y algarrobos, octubre para aceitunas.

Wenn Ihr Liebhaber der Natur seid findet ihr euch sicherlich in unserem Landhaus wieder. Das Haus findet man in einem großen Gebiet unter den Climiti Bergen in der Ibleo Zone. Die Landwirdschaft ist typisch ibleisch karakterisiert von weißen Kalksteinen und Steinwände. Das Haus ist leicht zu erreichen und es befindet sich in einer Position um den Osten Siziliens zu entdecken. Die berühmte archeologische Seite Pantalikas erreicht man in fünf Minuten auch Syracusa ist nicht weit ernfert, circa zehn Minuten.Die Nähe zu der Autobahn ermöglicht es die ganzen großen Städte und Turistenstädt zu erreichen: Brucoli, Noto, Pachino, Ragusa, Modica, Catania, Taormina, Agrigento, etc....... Der Flughafen von Catania ist vierzig Minuten entfernt.
Das Landhaus hat ein großes Doppelzimmer, ein zweites Zimmer welches als Einzel-sowie Doppelzimmer genutzt werden kann. Zum Schluß gibtes noch ein drittel Zimmer, welches als Einzelzimmer benutzt werden kann. Ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine große Kueche/Eßzimmer kompletieren den möglichen Raum.

In dem Gebiet gibt es Produkte wie Olivenöl DOP (anerkannt von der EU), Mandeln, Johannisbeeren. Die Erntezeiten sind im August fuer Mandeln und Johannisbeeren, und Oktober für Oliven.
