It is located in Penisola Maddalena, close to Syracuse, and just a short drive from a sandy beach - The beach of Punta del Pero is about 5 minutes away, while Syracuse is 15 minutes away.

The style of the house is clean, bright and fresh, with large windows and a general feeling of space.
The villa consists of two double bedrooms (one with sea view), one twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub), a well designed and fully equipped kitchen (with sea view), a dining area and a large living room with white sofas. The living room has large windows with sea view and leads to a large terrace overlooking the countryside and the sea.
The house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, Tv, DVD player, BBQ.
The entire house has been tastefully furnished and the villa enjoys a private terrace, secluded garden and parking.

Clean lines, stylish and quality furnishings and fittings, practical living, open spaces, views, and proximity to the famose seaside resorts of Fontane Bianche, Terrauzza and Arenella make this an ideal property for families or groups of friends. This villa provide private and peaceful accommodation for up to 6/7 people.
In the neighbourhood there are a little food market and several restaurants & pizzerie.

La Villa SR017, immersa nel verde e con una splendida vista sul mare e sull'isola di Ortigia, si trova a pochi chilometri da Siracusa, nella zona della penisola della Maddalena. L'ambiente caldo e familiare e la sua incantevole posizione la rendono particolarmente adatta ad un soggiorno rilassante e ne fanno un'ottima base di partenza per visitare la città di Siracusa e la provincia.

La villa è composta da un'ampia sala da pranzo comunicante con un soggiorno con splendida vista sul mare ed accesso ad un'ampia terrazza attrezzata, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto con due letti singoli, un'altra camera con divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina abitabile completamente accessoriata e due bagni (uno con doccia ed uno con vasca da bagno). La villa può, quindi, comodamente ospitare fino a 6 persone.

Dotata di ogni comfort (riscaldamento, aria condizionata, lavatrice, Tv, lettore DVD, barbecue, parcheggio interno,...) e arredata in tipico stile siciliano, la villa risulta ideale per una vacanza a contatto con la natura, a pochi passi dallo splendido mare siracusano. La spiaggia più vicina è a circa 2/3 chilometri e tutte le località balneari più rinomate (Fontane Bianche, Arenella, Terrauzza,…), così come il centro città (Ortigia), risultano essere facilmente raggiungibili in auto in una decina di minuti.

Nelle vicinanze della villa è presente una piccola bottega alimentare dove poter effettuare qualche acquisto e vi sono anche numerosi ristoranti in cui è possibile gustare dell'ottimo pesce.

You pay:
- to secure booking: a non refundable 20% deposit of whole amount;
- on arrival: cash settlement of balance;
- on arrival: Security deposit of 300 euro refundable on departure prior to apartment inspection;
- on departure: the cost of any damages.
