The villa is about 600 meters from the sea, and 1000 m from the beach. It is located in a seaside resort (Fontane Bianche), about 15 km from Syracuse. It's composed of one double bedroom, a little room with bunk beds, a living room with two beds, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.), a bathroom and a veranda. Near the veranda at the center of the garden (500 mq), you will find a stone table and chairs, a barbecue as well as a little wash area. This cottage is situated in a calm residential zone surrounded by pine trees that are especially refreshing during the warm months. It's ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people. On request you can have trip boat.

In the neighbourhood there are many food shops and some of them are also opened during the winter. If you want big supermarkets or others shops you can go to Cassibile (about 2 km from Fontane Bianche), where you can find all you need.

Fontane Bianche has a long beach with clear and crystalline sea and is a good starting-point to visit the part south-eastern of Sicily; you can go to Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and to others sea place as the natural riserve of Vendicari, Marina di Ragusa, Marzamemi, Portopalo, etc.

La villa si trova a circa 600 metri dal mare, nella zona balneare di Fontane Bianche, a circa 15 km da Siracusa. E' composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con due letti, una piccola stanzetta con un letto a castello, una cucina completa di tutto (frigo, freezer, cucina a gas con forno, stoviglie, ecc.), un bagno ed una veranda. A ridosso della veranda c'è una comodissima area attrezzata di circa 500 mq (vedi foto sotto) con tavolo e sedili in pietra, barbecue, lavandino, circondata dal verde, nella quale si può piacevolmente cucinare all'aperto. La villa si trova in una zona tranquilla, è ben isolata dalla strada ed è circondata da una fresca pineta. La villa risulta ideale per 4 persone, ma può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Su richiesta si possono fare delle escursioni in barca.

A circa 200 m dalla villa c'è una zona di servizi dove si possono trovare varie botteghe alimentari, alcune delle quali rimangono aperte anche durante il periodo invernale, un giornalaio, una macelleria, una pizzeria, ecc. Per ogni evenienza ad un paio di chilometri da Fontane Bianche si trova il paese di Cassibile dove si può trovare tutto quello che occorre. E' opportuno, comunque, essere muniti di auto poichè la zona non è ben fornita dai mezzi pubblici.

Fontane Bianche presenta un ampio litorale sabbioso con acque limpide e cristalline ed è, inoltre, un buon punto di partenza per visitare la Sicilia Sud Orientale; si possono raggiungere facilmente Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, ed anche altri posti di mare come la riserva di Vendicari, Marina di Ragusa, Marzamemi, Portopalo, ecc.

La maison se situe à environ 600m de la mer, dans la zone balnéaire de Fontane Bianche, à 15km de Siracuse. Elle se compose d'une chambre avec un grand lit, d'une petite chambre avec deux lits superposés, d'un séjour avec deux petits lits, d'une cuisine équipée tout confort (frigo/freezer, cuisinière à gaz, couverts et batterie de cuisine etc…), d'une salle de bain et d'une véranda. Près de la véranda, au centre d'un jardin (500 mq), vous trouverez une table et des sièges en pierre, un barbecue ainsi qu'un petit lavoir. La villa, entourée d'une pinède rafraîchissante pendant les mois chauds, se situe dans une zone résidentielle très calme. La villa est idéale pour 4 personnes.

La maison se situe dans une zone résidentielle très calme. A deux pas, quelques magasins d'alimentation restent ouverts toute l'année. Pour des achats plus importants, vous pourrez vous rendre dans les environs de Cassibile, à 2km de Fontane Bianche.

Le littoral de Fontane Bianche est constitué de magnifiques plages de sable blanc et d'une eau cristalline n'ayant rien à envier aux plages des Caraïbes!
Depuis Fontane Bianche, on rejoint en peu de temps Noto, capitale du baroque ainsi que Modica et Ragusa Ibla, charmantes petites villes à l'intérieur des terres...Les réserves naturelles du littoral de Vendicari, Marina di Ragusa, Marzamemi, Portopalo, etc… sont facilement accessibles à partir de Fontane Bianche.

These prices are for the villa. The price may be reduced or increased depending on the amount of notice we have, the number of people staying, the length of the booking, etc.

The price includes:
- cleaning and linen weekly;
- electricity, water, gas;
- kitchen utensils, soap and detergent for dishes ;
- reception service.

You pay:
- to secure booking: a non refundable 20% deposit of whole amount;
- on arrival: cash settlement of balance;
- on arrival: Security deposit of 150 euro refundable on departure prior to apartment inspection;
- on departure: the cost of any damages.
