The villa is 100 m away from the sea, in the same coast where is Brucoli, it is exaclty located between Capo Campolato and Santa Croce, at about 30 km from Syracuse (south east of Sicily).
It is composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed, a living room, a kitchen fully equipped (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.), a bathroom with shower and a large veranda. All the rooms and the veranda have the sea view. In the same garden there is a "dependance" with a double bedroom and a little bathroom. The villa is nice furnished and has all you need. There are television, washing machine, phon and in the garden also the barbecue with tables and chairs.
The villa has a particular sicilian garden with rocks and many plants on more levels. There are some places in the shades with desk chairs and some places with a tipical sicilian vegetation. The villa is in a private residence (where you enter through an automatic gate) and it is 100 m far from the sea. You can leave the car inside the villa. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people.

If you stay in villa Marinari we advice you to have a car. At about 2/3 km from the villa there are some alimentary market and at about 5 km there is Augusta, a town in the province of Syracuse, where you can buy all you need.

The sea close to the villa has easy accessible rock and there is a place where the sea isn't deep ant the children can play in the water. The depth is very full of fish.

Augusta is a commercial town with about 40.000 inhabitants. Like Syracuse, Augusta has his historical centre on an island where the Swabian Castle of Frederick II looks out over the sea. The historical centre has significant churches and Baroque buildings. To get there you must pass under the Porta Spagnola, or the Spanish city gate, built in 1681. Brucoli is very near Augusta. It is situated in a lovely inlet with a sixteenth century castle and it has become a holiday resort.

La villa si trova a circa 100 metri dal mare, nella zona balneare limitrofa a Brucoli, esattamente tra Capo Campolato e Santa Croce, a circa 30 km da Siracusa.
L'abitazione principale è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto con due letti singoli (a castello), un soggiorno, una cucina completa di tutto (frigo, freezer, cucina a gas con forno, stoviglie, ecc.), un bagno con doccia ed un'ampia veranda. Vi è poi all'interno della villa anche una "dependance" composta da una camera matrimoniale e da un bagnetto. Nel giardino ci sono diverse zone con prato inglese, una doccia esterna ed un terrazzo con barbecue, lavandino, tavoli e sedie. Tutte le camere, la veranda ed il terrazzo hanno una splendida vista sul mare!
La villa è ben arredata e dotata di tutti i confort (televisore, lavatrice, forno, asciugacapelli, ecc.)

La casa è circondata da un particolare giardino ricavato nella roccia e strutturato su più livelli. Vi sono alcune parti pianeggianti completamente in ombra attrezzate con sedie a sdraio ed alcune parti rocciose caratterizzate da una vegetazione tipica siciliana (la scaletta che porta al portone d'ingresso è ad esempio ricavata nella roccia). La villa si trova in un residence privato (a cui si accede da un cancello automatico) a pochi metri dal mare. Vi è inoltre la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina all'interno.
Villa Marinari può ospitare fino a 6 persone.

Alloggiando a villa Marinari è consigliabile avere una macchina. A circa 2/3 km dalla villa vi sono delle botteghe alimentari e a circa 5 km si trova Augusta, grosso paese della provincia di Siracusa, dove si può comprare tutto quello che occorre.

Il mare nelle vicinanze è caratterizzato da scogli abbastanza accessibili e proprio in corrispondenza della discesa della villa vi è una rientranza con acqua bassa dove i bambini possono giocare tranquillamente. Essendo una discesa a mare ad uso delle sole ville del residence la scogliera non è molto affollata ed i fondali sono molto pescosi.

Augusta è una città di circa 40.000 abitanti. Come Siracusa, Augusta ha il suo centro storico su un'isola dove insiste la mole del Castello Svevo che guarda il mare. Il centro storico presenta chiese ed edifici barocchi di rilievo e vi si accede da una Porta Spagnola del 1681. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi è Brucoli, famosa località turistica situata in una bella insenatura con un castello cinquecentesco.

La maison se situe à environ 100 m de la mer, dans la zone balneaire de Brucoli, à environ 30 km de Syracuse. Elle se compose d'une chambre à coucher avec un grand lit, une chambre avec deux lits superposés, un sejour, une cuisine entièrement équipée (frigo, freezer, gazinière avec four, couverts, batteries de cuisine...), une salle de bain avec douche et une grande véranda. Toutes les chambres et la veranda ont une vue imprenable sur la mer. A coté de la maison, damns son jardin, se situe une dependance, avec une chambre à coucher avec un grand lit et une petite salle de bain avec douche.
La maison est bien meublée et équipée tout confort( télé, machine à laver le linge, sèche cheveux,...).
La maison est entourée d'un charmant jardin creusé dans la roche, aménagé sur plusieurs niveaux avec une végétation typiquement sicilienne. Dans le jardin vous pouvez trouver table, chaises longues et barbecue. La villa fait partie d'un condominium avec un portail automatique. Elle peut accueilir six personnes.

Pour bien profiter du sejour il est conseillé d'avoir une voiture (possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur). A environ trois km vous pouvez trouver des petites surfaces alimentaires. Pour des achats plus importants, Augusta est à 5 km. Brucoli est à 7 Km.

Le littoral est caracterisé par des rochers facilement accessibles. La mer est particulièrement riche en poissons. Dans certaines zones la mer est très basse et meme les enfants peuvent y jouer.

Augusta est une ville de 40 000 habitants. Son centre historique, situé sur une presqu'ile, est très riche en eglises et batiments baroques et est caractérisé par l'imposant Castello Svevo qui domine la ville.
Dans les environs se trouve le village de Brucoli, petit centre touristique idéal pour des soirées animées.

La Villa queda a 100 metros de la orilla de la playa, en la misma costa que Brucoli; esta ubicada exactamente entre Capo Campolato y Santa Croce, a 30 Km de Syracusa (sudeste de Sicilia).
Esta compuesta de una habitación doble, otra habitación con una litera, un salón, una cocina totalmente equipada (con refrigerador, nevera, cocina a gas, horno, vajilla, cubiertos, etc.), un baño con ducha y una amplia terraza cubierta. Tanto la terraza como todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar. En el jardín hay una "dependance" con una habitación doble y un baño pequeño, con una ducha interna y otra adicional externa. La Villa esta bien decorada y consta con todo lo necesario. Hay televisión, lavadora, secador de pelo; y en el jardín hay una barbacoa con mesas y sillas.

La Villa tiene un jardín siciliano muy típico con rocas y muchas plantas en varios niveles. Hay varios sitios con sombra donde hay sillas para descansar y disfrutar de la vegetación siciliana. La Villa esta en dentro de un sector residencial privado (al cual se entra cruzando una portería automática) y queda a 100 metros del mar. El coche se puede dejar dentro de la Villa. La Villa puede acoger cómodamente hasta 6 personas.

Si usted se aloja en la Villa Marinari, le recomendamos que utilice un coche. A 2/3 de km de distancia se encuentra un pequeño mercado de alimentos y a 5km de distancia esta Augusta, un pueblo en la provincia de Syracusa, donde podrá encontrar cualquier cosa que necesite.

Augusta es un pueblo comercial con alrededor de 40.000 habitantes. Al igual que Syracusa, Augusta tiene un centro histórico en una isla donde se encuentra el Castillo de Federico II, el cual también tiene una fantástica vista al mar. El centro histórico tiene varias iglesias importantes y edificios Barrocos. Para llegar hay que pasar a través de la Puerta Española, construida en 1681. Brucoli esta muy cerca de Augusta. Esta situado en una magnífica cala donde hay un Castillo del siglo XVI, el cual se ha convertido en un resort vacacional.

La salida al mar desde la Villa es de fácil acceso y hay un sitio donde el mar no es profundo y los niños pueden jugar en el agua. La parte honda tiene muchos peces.

- to secure booking: a non refundable 20% deposit of whole amount;
- on arrival: cash settlement of balance;
