This accommodation is the ideal place where to stay if you are looking for a spacious and very good equipped apartment so you feel like you live there. This apartment is located at the entry of Ortigia - historic center of Syracuse, in the South Est of Sicily - close to the bridge that links the Ortigia island to the rest of the city.
From this apartment you can easily walk to the bus station, the delightful open-air market, the "Marina", the Temple of Apollo and the Fountain of Aretusa, a famous tourist point, as well as the Duomo square, with its breathtaking baroque cathedral, the Archimede square with the Fountain of Diana and the many celebrated Greek, medieval, renaissance and baroque monuments of the historic centre of Siracusa.

The apartment SR008 is on the first floor. It is about 70 m² and it is composed of a large and very full of light living room with a double bed-sofa and a single bed (on request it is possible to have a camp bed too), a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas stoves, oven, crockery, etc.) and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is in very good conditions (it was recently renovated), it is nicely furnished and fully equipped (sat-television, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron, hair-dryer,...). The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, but it can accommodate up to 6 people.

Very close to the apartment there are a lot of restaurants, grocery markets,a self laundry and other facilities. At 100 meter about there is the bus station, at 150 meter about there is the open air market and at 200 meter about there is a car parking (but also on the street of the apartment is possible to park the car).

L'appartamento SR008 è situato poco prima dell'isola di Ortigia (centro storico di Siracusa), a pochi metri dal ponte (vedi foto) che collega l'isola di Ortigia al resto della città.
In pochi passi si possono raggiungere la stazione degli autobus, il caratteristico mercato all'aperto, la "Marina" (ampio viale alberato lungo il Porto Grande dove si trova un piccolo lido balneare), il tempio di Apollo e, con qualche passo in più, anche la Fontana Aretusa, famoso punto di ritrovo turistico, piazza Duomo con la maestosa cattedrale barocca, piazza Archimede con la splendida fontana di Diana e tutti gli altri monumenti greci, medievali, rinascimentali e barocchi di cui è ricco il centro storico.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, è 70 mq circa, è composto da un ampio soggiorno luminoso e ben arredato in cui si trovano un divano letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cucina ben attrezzata (con frigo, freezer, fornelli a gas, forno elettrico, stoviglie, ecc.) ed un bagno con doccia. Su richiesta è possibile avere anche una brandina. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata.
L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato internamente, è inoltre ben arredato e ben accessoriato. Vi sono televisione satellitare, aria condizionata/riscaldamento, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, radio-cd, phon, ....
L'appartamento risulta abbastanza confortevole per 4 persone, ma può ospitare fino a 6 persone.

Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono, inoltre, tutti i servizi che possono essere utili per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza (ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, internet point, market alimentari, agenzie di viaggio, lavanderie, ecc.). A circa 100 m vi è la stazione degli autobus, a circa 150 m si trova il mercato all'aperto e a circa 200 m vi è un ampio parcheggio a pagamento (anche se nella strada in cui si trova l'appartamento è comunque consentito parcheggiare).

L'appartement pour vacances SR008 est situé à l'entrée du centre historique de Syracuse (Ortigia), à quelques mètres du petit pont qui relie Ortigia à la terre ferme. Depuis l' appartement, on atteint en quelques minutes :
- La gare routière
- Le marché découvert (très typique)
- La " Marina " (une promenade ombragée et aménagée le long d'un petit port touristique et d'une petite plage aménagée)
- Le temple d'Apollon
- La Fontaine d'Aréthuse (Fontana Aretusa), célèbre attraction touristique
- La Piazza Duomo (place de la Cathédrale) et sa majestueuse Cathédrale baroque,
- La place Archimède et sa splendide fontaine de Diana,
- Tout le centre historique riche en monuments grecs, médiévaux, Renaissance, ou encore baroques.
Le quartier, très agréable, est animé en journée (commerces, marchés, produits typiques et artisanat, internet cafés, agences de voyages, etc…) ainsi qu'en soirée (zone de bars et restaurants). Vous y trouverez de nombreux services pour un séjour optimal.

L'appartement SR008 est situé au premier étage et a une surface de 70m². Il se compose d'un grand séjour avec un canapés lit et un lit, une cuisine toute équipée (frigo, freezer, gazinière, four, couverts et batterie de cuisine, etc…), une chambre à coucher avec grand lit, ainsi qu'une salle de bain avec douche.
Idéal pour 4 personnes, cet appartement peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes
L'appartement est rénovés et bien meublés. Vous disposez dans l'appartement d'une télé avec parabole, climatisation, seche-cheveux, machine à laver le linge.

- on booking: 20% of whole amount;
- on arrival: the remaining amount in cash;
- on arrival: deposit of 150 euro (it will be returned to you at the end of your stay);
- on departure: the cost of any damages;
