The two apartments are located at the first part of Ortigia island (historic center of Syracuse), few meters far from the sea. They are in the same building and have a wonderful terrace on third floor with the sea view (used only from the guests of the apartments). With few steps you can arrive at the bus station and at the characteristic market in the open. All the celebrated Greek, medieval, renaissance and baroque monuments of the historic center are easily reachable.
Both the apartments are in excellent conditions, recently renovated, with the parquet in every room, very well and completely furnished (television, washing machine, phon, ...). They can accommodate up to 5 people.
In the neighbourhood there is all you need for a comfortable holiday (restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, pubs, market, laundry...).

Every apartment is 80 m² about and it is composed of a large and full of light living room (with a double bed-sofa), two bedrooms (one with two beds and one with a single bed), a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas stoves, oven, crockery, etc.) and a bathroom with shower. The apartments are at the first and at the second floor of the same building and the only difference between the apartments is the main bedroom (in the apartment at first floor there is a double bed and in the apartment at second floor there are two single beds). At the third floor there is the terrace, furnished with chairs, tables and umbrellas, where you can spend pleasant hours at the sun enjoying of the wonderful view on the sea and on the city. Also from the balconies of the bedrooms you can see the sea!

In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés and everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

I due appartamenti per vacanza si trovano nella parte iniziale dell'isola di Ortigia (centro storico di Siracusa), a pochi metri dal mare. Sono ubicati nello stesso edificio ed hanno un bellissimo terrazzo con vista mare al terzo piano (di uso esclusivo per gli ospiti dei due appartamenti).
In pochi passi si possono raggiungere la stazione degli autobus ed il caratteristico mercato all'aperto. Tutti gli altri monumenti greci, medievali, rinascimentali e barocchi, di cui è ricco il centro storico, sono comunque abbastanza vicini.
Entrambi gli appartamenti sono in ottime condizioni, appena ristrutturati, col parquet in ogni stanza, finemente arredati e ben accessoriati (televisione, lavatrice, phon, ecc.). Possono ospitare fino a 5 persone.

Ogni appartamento è 80 mq circa ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno luminoso e ben arredato (in cui si trova un divano letto matrimoniale), due camere da letto (una con due posti letto e l'altra con un posto letto), una cucina ben attrezzata (con frigo, freezer, fornelli a gas, forno, stoviglie, ecc.) ed un bagno con doccia. Gli appartamenti sono al primo ed al secondo piano di uno stesso stabile e differiscono tra loro solo per la camera da letto più grande (nell'appartamento al primo piano c'è un letto matrimoniale, nell'appartamento al secondo piano ci sono invece due letti singoli). Al terzo piano c'è poi il terrazzo, fornito di sedie, tavoli ed ombrelloni, in cui si possono passare delle piacevoli ore al sole godendo della splendida vista del mare e della città. Anche dai balconi delle camere da letto si ha, comunque, la vista sul mare.

Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono tutti i servizi che possono essere utili per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza (ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, internet point, market alimentari, agenzie di viaggio, lavanderie, ecc.).

These prices are for 2 people. The price may be reduced or increased depending on the amount of notice we have, the number of people staying, the length of the booking, etc.

The price includes:
- cleaning and linen weekly;
- electricity, water, gas;
- kitchen utensils, soap and detergent for dishes ;
- reception service.

The price does not include:
- Daily/Weekly Cleaning Service on request;
- Extra persons. Please enquire for rates.

You pay:
- to secure booking: a non refundable 20% deposit of whole amount;
- on arrival: cash settlement of balance;
- on arrival: Security deposit of 150 euro refundable on departure prior to apartment inspection;
- on departure: the cost of any damages.
