In the heart of historic centre of Ortigia (Siracusa) is our charming sea front accommodation, a stylish restored one bedroom apartment in a beautiful area just in front to the baroque cathedral in piazza Duomo. Whether for a short stay, or a longer rental our sea front apartment is fully furnished and peaceful located. With more space, comfort, independence, privacy, flexibility, and freedom to work and relax the advantages of staying in a centrally located apartment are unlimited. Families, business travellers and vacationers will all find themselves equally at home in our apartments. Reach the bottom of the cathedral square and you'll find yourself in front of an iron gate. Inside a charming court will enchant you. Through the court and enter in the apartment. You are greeted by a large living space (about 35 m²) with a fully equipped cooking and dining area, and a sitting area with sofas, TV and hifi. A large window leads out onto a balcony overlooking the harbour.

This sea front apartment is approximately 50/60 m². No stairs as ground floor entry from piazza Duomo (one of the more charming piazza in Italy!). Then you discover the view at the balcony side is second floor over glorious sea scape! It is fully equipped with independent heating and it is composed of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower and toilets, a large living room with a convertible sofa and a full kitchenette (fridge, stove, etc…).

L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico (Ortigia) ed ha l'ingresso su piazza Duomo, proprio di fronte alla maestosa cattedrale barocca. E' quindi centralissimo, a pochi metri dalla chiesa di Santa Lucia, dal museo di Palazzo Bellomo, dalla Fontana Aretusa, famoso punto di ritrovo turistico, dalla Marina, dal porticciolo turistico, dai lidi balneari.
Il grande pregio di questo appartamento è, oltre alla centralissima posizione, la meravigliosa vista sul mare che si gode anche dall'interno.

L'appartamento è circa 60 mq, è totalmente ristrutturato all'interno, ben arredato e dotato di impianto di riscaldamento autonomo. Si trova a primo piano ed ha l'ingresso indipendente. E' composto da una camera da letto (con un letto ad una piazza e mezza), un soggiorno molto ampio con un divano letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura completamente attrezzato (con frigo, freezer, cucina a gas, stoviglie, ecc.) ed un bagno con doccia. Nell'appartamento sono disponibili 4 posti letto.

Nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi bar, ristoranti con cucina tipica ed internazionale, pub e pizzerie, negozi che vendono prodotti tipici siciliani (sia alimentari che di artigianato). A circa 700 m ci sono il caratteristico mercato all'aperto e la stazione degli autobus.

L'appartement se situe en plein coeur du centre historique (sur l'île d'Ortigia). Son entrée est sur la place du Dôme, face à la majestueuse cathédrale baroque. A proximité : l'église Santa Lucia, le musée Palazzo Bellomo, la fontaine d'Aréthuse (Fontana Aretusa), la Marina, un petit port touristique et de petites plages.
Cet appartement vous séduira pour son merveilleux point de vue sur la mer.

L'appartement, entièrement rénové et aménagé avec goût, a une surface de 60m². Il est pourvu d'un chauffage individuel. Situé au premier étage, il possède une entrée indépendante. Composé d'une chambre à coucher (avec un grand lit), d'une salle de bain avec douche et wc, d'un grand séjour avec un canapé lit et un coin-cuisine tout équipée (frigo, freezer, cuisinière à gaz, couverts et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner).
Idéal pour 2 personnes, cet appartement pourra accueillir confortablement 4 personnes.

Le quartier, très agréable, est animé en journée (commerces, marchés, produits typiques et artisanat, internet cafés) ainsi qu'en soirée (zone de bars et restaurants).

- electricity, water, gas;
- kitchen utensils, soap and detergent for dishes ;
- reception service.

The price does not include:
- Daily/Weekly Cleaning Service on request;
- Extra persons. Please enquire for rates.

You pay:
- to secure booking: a non refundable 20% deposit of whole amount;
- on arrival: cash settlement of balance;
- on arrival: Security deposit of 150 euro refundable on departure prior to apartment inspection;
- on departure: the cost of any damages.
