Our holiday apartment it's better than a B&B because you won't share the apartment with the owners. You'll have a private apartment only for you and you could have a self catered breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen or you could have the breakfast in one of the bars in the neighbourhood.

It is located in the historic centre of Siracusa (Sicily) in a little street near via Cavour, one of most characteristic street of the old town. The cathedral is about 300 metres away. The market and the bus station are only 400 metres away. The historic centre of Siracuse is an island, so there are many places where you can swim. The nearest beach is about 200 metres away!

The apartment is about 40 m², it's on the first floor and it's composed of a double bedroom, a living room (with a bed-sofa), a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.) and a large roof terrace (40 m²) with gazebo, table, chairs, deck-chairs, etc. The entrance is independent.
The holiday apartment is good for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 4 people.

In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés and everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

L'appartamento si trova in un vicolo che incrocia la via Cavour, una delle vie più caratteristiche della vecchia città, a circa 300 m da piazza Duomo e a 100 m dal porticciolo turistico e dalla "Marina". A poche centinaia di metri si trovano anche il colorato mercato di Ortigia e la stazione dei pullman. Poiché il centro storico di Siracusa è completamente circondato dal mare vi sono diversi posti, vicini all'appartamento, in cui si può fare il bagno. Dal porticciolo turistico, nel periodo estivo, partono ogni mezzora dei traghetti diretti ad una piccola spiaggia dall'altro lato del Porto Grande. A piedi si può raggiungere la "Marina", ampio viale alberato lungo il Porto Grande, dove si trova un piccolo lido balneare, ed in dieci minuti anche il Lungomare di Levante, dove si può usufruire di un altro lido più grande.
La zona è ben fornita. Ci sono numerosi bar, ristoranti con cucina tipica ed internazionale, pub e pizzerie, molti negozi che vendono prodotti tipici siciliani (sia alimentari che di artigianato), il mercato, diversi internet point e tutto quello che può servire per un piacevole e tranquillo soggiorno.

L'appartamento è circa 40 mq, è al primo piano ed ha l'ingresso indipendente. E' composto da una camera da letto (con due posti letto), un soggiorno con divano letto (a una piazza e mezza), un bagno con doccia, una cucina attrezzata (con frigo, freezer, cucina a gas con forno, stoviglie, ecc.) ed un ampio terrazzo (circa 40 mq) attrezzato con sedie a sdraio ed ombrellone. La casa è in ottime condizioni ed il bagno è stato completamente ristrutturato di recente. Questa casa vacanza risulta ideale per 2 persone, ma può ospitare fino a 4 persone.

La zona in cui si trova l'appartamento è ben fornita. Ci sono numerosi bar, ristoranti con cucina tipica ed internazionale, pub e pizzerie, molti negozi che vendono prodotti tipici siciliani (sia alimentari che di artigianato), il mercato, diversi internet point e tutto quello che può servire per un piacevole e tranquillo soggiorno in Sicilia.

L'appartement SR005 est situé au coeur du centre historique de Syracuse (sur l'île d'Ortigia), dans une ruelle qui croise la rue Cavour, une des rues les plus caractéristiques de la vieille ville, à environ 300m de la place du Dôme. A proximité, vous trouverez le pitoresque marché d'Ortigia et la gare routière. Le centre historique étant une île, vous aurez de nombreuses possibilités de vous baigner à proximité de l'appartement. Vous trouverez notamment un bord de mer aménagé avec chaises longues, parasols etc…. A pieds, vous pourrez rejoindre la " Marina" : une promenade ombragée et aménagée le long d'un petit port touristique d'où part chaque demi-heure, durant la période estivale, un petit ferry pour une charmante petite plage située en face de Porto Grande (le trajet dure 15 minutes et coute 1€). Depuis le ferry, vous jouirez d'une vue splendide sur la ville.
Le quartier, très agréable, est animé en journée (commerces, marchés, produits typiques et artisanat, internet cafés) ainsi qu'en soirée (zone de bars et restaurants).

L'appartement de 40m² environ, se situe au premier étage et possède une entrée indépendante. Il se compose d'un chambre (avec un grand lit 2 places), un séjour avec un canapé lit (2 places), une salle de bain avec douche, une cuisine équipée tout confort (frigo/freezer, une cuisinière à gaz, couverts et batterie de cuisine etc…), et d'une grande terrasse sur le toit (de 40m² environ), aménagée (parasol, chaises longues…). L'appartement idéal pour 2, peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes.

Le quartier, très agréable, est animé en journée (commerces, marchés, produits typiques et artisanat, internet cafés) ainsi qu'en soirée (zone de bars et restaurants).

Die Ferienwohnung Arezzo in Syrakus (italienisch: Siracusa, sizilianisch: Saraùsa) kombiniert den Komfort eines herkömmlichen B&B mit der Freiheit eines Appartement mit eigener großer Terrasse.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf der 40 ha großen Insel Ortygia (italienisch: Ortigia), dem historischen Zentrum von Syrakus, in einer kleinen Straße nahe der Via Cavour, die selbst eine der charakteristischsten Straßen der Altstadt ist. Der Dom Santa Maria delle Colonne (Heilige Maria der Säulen) ist nur 400 Meter entfernt. Da das historische Syrakus eine Insel ist, gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Baden und Schwimmen, der nächste Strand ist gerade 200 Meter entfernt!

Das etwa 40 m² große Appartement liegt im ersten Stock und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Badezimmer mit Dusche, komplett eingerichteter Küche mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Gsherd, Backofen, Geschirr etc. und einer 40 m² großen Terrasse mit Pavillon, Tisch, Stühlen, Sonnenliegen etc. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen separaten Eingang. Sie ist sehr gut für 2 Personen geeignet, kann aber auch bis zu 4 Gäste beherbergen.

In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Restaurants mit einheimischer und internationaler Küche, Bars und Pizzerias, Läden mit typisch sizialianischen Waren wie Handarbeiten oder Lebensmitteln, Internet-Cafés und auch sonst alles, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub notwendig ist.
Syrakus ist die Stadt auf Sizilien, wo sich Kunst, Geschichte, Natur und das leibliche Wohl am besten mit unserer warmen sizilianischen Gastfreundschaft vereinen!
