This
villa is placed in the first row. In front of the sea, in an exclusive
village of single villas in Marina di Modica, province of Ragusa.
Is
just the position of the Village "Porto Salvo" that makes this villa
a quiet place also in high season, because the access is restricted only to the
persons that living there with an automatic gate. There is also an internal park
that lets the kids playing with security.
On the east side of the villa through
the "Lungomare" (250 - 300 mt). you can go to the Marina's beach, that
is compound of fine golden sand with dune.
On the West side, not so much away
(ca. 750m) you find the rocks and the long, free beach with dune of "Pisciotto/Sampieri". Marina
di Modica is a small town on the sea and
has a beautiful sandy beach with dunes. The long bay has two wings with low and
flat rocks. There are Bars, Restaurants, "Pizzerie", "Trattorie"
with fresh fish. It's possible play various sports like Tennis and naturally sail,
surf, snorkelling etc…
In
Ragusa province there are Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli important places of the
Sicilian baroque awarded by UNESCO as world heritage.
Si tratta di una villa privata, signorile e ben arredata, situata all'interno
del Villaggio Portosalvo, a Marina di Modica. La villa è posta in
un luogo incantevole, molto tranquillo, ideale per una vacanza a base di mare
e relax! La villa ha accesso diretto al mare da un cancelletto che separa il giardino
dalla scogliera.
La
posizione stessa del ‘Villaggio Portosalvo’ rende la villa tranquilla
anche nei periodi di alta stagione, in quanto l’accesso al villaggio, e dunque
al mare, è limitato da un cancello con apertura elettrica a cui hanno accesso
i soli condomini del villaggio, inoltre, un parco interno permette ai più
piccoli di giocare tranquillamente.
Sulla sinistra della villa (ca. 250 - 300
m) si trova l'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa di ‘Marina di Modica’ mentre sulla
destra, un pò più distante (ca.750m), si trovano gli scogli e la
lunga spiaggia libera del Pisciotto / Sampieri.
Marina
di Modica è una piccola località sul mare, caratterizzata da
una bella spiaggia sabbiosa con dune e racchiusa tra due ali di scogli piatti
e bassi, facilmente accessibili.
Troverete nel paese cafè, bar, ristoranti,
pizzerie e molte trattorie con pesce fresco.
E’ inoltre possibile praticare
sports, quali tennis, calcetto e naturalmente pedalò, vela, surf, snorkellig
