The villa RG007 is located in Pozzallo's outskirts near the seaside,
on "Costa di Levante" direction 'Mare Ispica'.
Very comfortable
in every season, the furniture is comfortable and functional, the livingroom has
a chimney for the short winter and under the covered veranda you have the external
live in the summer.
Very good and quiet position on a low hill. The villa is
surrounded by the fine garden and after there is the Sicilian country.
The
distance from the beach is ca. 200 meters.
The
sandy beach from Pozzallo to the southern tip of Sicily is ca. 14 km long
and compound of fine golden sand with dunes.
In
Pozzallo (ca. at 2 km.) for the whole year there are supermarkets, bars, ice-cream
shops, you can find a lot of fresh fish in good restaurants and Pizzerias and
pubs for the people which like animated night life.
Moreover
in 1,5 hour you can go from the harbour of Pozzallo to Malta with a speedy Catamaran.
Pozzallo
this year too, like the previous, is rewarded with the "Blue Flag" for
the quality of its beach and cleanness of the sea water.
La villa RG007 si trova nella periferia di Pozzallo, sulla Costa
di Levante, a circa 250 m dalla spiaggia, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Molto
confortevole in qualsiasi stagione, la villa è arredata con mobili comodi
e funzionali, con camino per i mesi invernali e veranda coperta per vivere all’esterno
nei mesi estivi. La posizione è tranquilla ed ottimale: in bassa collina
ed a pochi metri dal mare!
La villa è composta da un grande soggiorno/pranzo
con camino e veranda, due camere matrimoniali, una camera con due letti singoli,
un grande bagno con doccia ed una lavanderia con wc. All'esterno, oltre alla veranda
ed al terrazzino che circonda la casa, si hanno un BBQ in muratura ed una doccia.
La
villa è circondata da un bel giardino, e poi dalla campagna siciliana.
La spiaggia
nelle vicinanze è libera e attrezzata, è lunga circa 12 km ed è
caratterizzata da suggestive dune composte di sabbia fine e dorata.
A
Pozzallo si trova tutto: ristoranti e trattorie con specialità a
base di pesce fresco, pizzerie e pubs per i più giovani. Cafès,
gelaterie, supermercati etc. Inoltre dal porto c’è un catamarano con
il quale in un’ora e mezza è possibile raggiungere Malta.
Pozzallo
anche quest’anno, come gli anni precedenti, è stata fregiata della
‘Bandiera Blu’ per la qualità delle sue spiagge e del mare:
l’unica nella provincia di Ragusa e nella Sicilia sud-orientale!!
