The villa RG006 is located immediately at the seaside and it can accommodate for 2 - 4 pers.
Is placed at the coast ca. 1 km east from Pozzallo, at "Pantanelli" Beach.
Optimal position, in the first row, only the low garden wall divide the garden from the beach!
You have the sea view from the living/dining room, veranda, terrace, garden. You have also 1 Double bedroom, 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 Little but essential kitchen, 1 Bathroom with shower and Washing machine.
The veranda for relax, eating etc. is in front of the beach.
Internal area ca 80 qm, more veranda, terrace and garden in front of the sea.

This house is a very practical, ideal for sea holidays, and nearly the town centre, but in the same time you live absolutely peaceful and in freedom. It has private garden, veranda and parking. It's all for let you spend your Sicily permanence in the best way.
On the right, at 300 mt., there are "Pietre Nere" flat rocks and after them you are just on the homonym beach of Pozzallo.
On the left the beach is ca. 12 km long and free and compound of fine golden sand with dune !

In Pozzallo (ca. at 1 km.) for the whole year there are supermarkets, bar, ice-cream shops, you can find a lot of fresh fish in good restaurants and "trattorie", "pizzerie". Pubs for the people that like animated night life.
Moreover in 1,5 hour you can go from the harbour of Pozzallo to Malta with a speedy Catamaran.
Pozzallo this year too, like the previous, is rewarded with the "Blue Flag" for the quality of the beach and clean seawater.

In Ragusa province there are Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli important places of the sicilian baroque awarded by UNESCO as world heritage.

La villa si trova sul litorale a circa un chilometro ad est dal centro di Pozzallo, sulla spiaggia "Pantanelli".
La casa è posizionata in prima fila sulla spiaggia, dalla quale è separata solo dal muretto perimetrale!
E’ una casa molto pratica, l’ideale per delle vacanze al mare, poichè pur essendo molto vicini al centro abitato si vive in assoluta tranquillità e libertà. All'interno è composta da una camera matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli, una piccola cucina, un soggiorno/pranzo con vista sul mare ed un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. All'entrata vi è una veranda coperta con vista sulla spiaggia dove si può pranzare o rilassarsi. Solo la recinzione del giardino divide la villa dalla spiaggia e dal mare!
Parcheggio privato, doccia esterna, giardino, veranda etc. tutto a Vs.disposizione per vivere al meglio la Vs.permanenza a Pozzallo.

La spiaggia davanti alla villa è composta di sabbia fine dorata: sulla destra, a trecento metri gli scogli di Pietre Nere, dopo i quali troviamo la spiaggia omonima ed è già Pozzallo. A sinistra la spiaggia continua per circa 12 km in direzione est con un meraviglioso susseguirsi di dune, ...è difficile aggiungere altro!

A Pozzallo si trova tutto: ristoranti e trattorie con specialità a base di pesce fresco, pizzerie e pubs per i più giovani. Cafès, gelaterie, supermercati etc. Inoltre dal porto c’è un catamarano con il quale in un’ora e mezza è possibile raggiungere Malta.
Pozzallo anche quest’anno, come gli anni precedenti, è stata fregiata della ‘Bandiera Blu’ per la qualità delle sue spiagge e del mare: l’unica nella provincia di Ragusa e nella Sicilia sud-orientale!!
Nelle vicinanze troviamo Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli, che, come esempi di cittadine barocche, sono state dichiarate dall’ UNESCO, patrimonio mondiale dell’umanità.
