The holiday apartments PA004 A4 and B4 are located in the historical centre of Cefalù in Sicily. Limited hours of traffic are allowed through the pedestrian zone of the street. The station is connected to the line Palermo-Catania and joins both airports. The beach is very close (100 meter) and it is possible to praticate diving, windsurf, tennis, fish etc...
The apartments have been carefully restored. On the first floor we rent two apartements of the size of 32mq. Both are fully equiped with shower and kitchen facilitys. The one (B4) has two rooms, a balcony and look to the famous "rocca di Cefalù". The other big studio (A4) has a wonderful look to the sea and a little balcony. It's possible to connect the two apartements together. During the winter season you can heat the rooms with radiators and a boiler of methan gas.

Si tratta di 2 appartamenti con balcone, ciascuno con 4 posti letto, situati in zona pedonale a traffico limitato nel centro di Cefalù in Sicilia, totalmente ristrutturati e con arredamento su misura. Riscaldamento invernale a gas metano.
I due appartamenti sono abbinabili tra loro ed è possibile avere un unico grande appartamento.
La stazione a 800mt,la spiaggia a 100.mt, l'aeroporto Palermo Punta Raisi a100 km, il porto turistico a 800mt. Nelle vicinanze degli appartamenti è possibile praticare vela, altura, sub, pesca, tennis, equitazione ecc.
Si possono frequentare scuole di lingue estere e di italiano per stranieri.
L'appartamento A4 è un monolocale di 30 mq. con balcone fronte mare. All'interno della stanza vi sono la cucina a vista, un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo ed un letto estraibile. Il bagno è con vasca/doccia. L'appartamento ha la lavatrice.
L'appartamento B4 è un bilocale di 32 mq. con balcone sulla strada e vista laterale del mare e dei monti del parco delle Madonie. Il bilocale è composto da un ingresso con cucina a vista, bagno con doccia, grande camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti a castello. L'appartamento B4 è stato dotato di climatizzatore Daikin per un maggior confort del riposo notturno.

La strada è pedonale a traffico limitato dal 1/4 al 30/9 ingresso centro storico dalle 5 alle 10 e dalle 13 alle 17 da Porto Presidiana,Via Candeloro,Corso Ruggiero, Via Bordonaro.Carico scarico bagagi in orari differenti su permesso eventuali agenti Polizia Municipale in servizio all'ingresso di Via Candeloro.
Parcheggi liberi o pagamento €.1 ora a 300/800 mt.
Balcone vista mare laterale su spiaggia attrezzata e molo pescatori a 100 mt,scogliera balneabile a 30 mt.

"La casa miceli" befindet sich in der Fussgängerzone der historischen Altstadt von Cefalù.
Der Verkehr für Zubringer ist auf wenige Stunden am Tag beschränkt.
Zu Fuss ist es zum Bahnhof eine knappe viertel Stunde. Direkte Züge fahren nach Palermo oder nach Catania und bedienen auch die beiden Flughäfen.
Das Haus wurde vor kurzem sorgfältig renoviert. In der 1ten Etage bieten wir Ihnen an:
ein 4Bett - Studio mit Kochnische und Dusche - Blick zum Meer - und kleiner Balkon und ein zwei Zimmer Appartement mit Bad und Küche, südseitig mit Blick in die Gasse und auf den berühmten Felsen von Cefalù. Beide Wohnungen können mit einer Zwischentür verbunden, gemeinsam genutzt werden. Die Ausstattung ist ohne Schnörkel, liebevoll und gut durchdacht, fast wie auf einem Schiff. Die Räume können das ganze Jahr über genutzt werden, denn sie verfügen über Heizkörper, die mit Methan Gas geheizt werden können.

L'appartement pour vacances est située dans le centre historique de Cefalù en Sicile, dans une rue piétonne avec un traffic limité pour quelques heures dans la journée.
La gare est à quinze minutes à pieds de la maison et est sur la ligne des trains de Palermo - Catania, qui sert les deux airoports.
La maison est restorée soigneusement.
Dans la prémiere étage nous avons à louer une grande pièce de 30m2 (A4) et un appartement à deux pièces de 32m2 (B4). Chacune est amenagées avec un coin de cuisine et une salle de bains avec douche, lits pour 4 personnes, balcon.
C'est possible de combiner les deux pour faire un seul grand appartement avec 2 balcons et vue sur mer. Pendant les mois d'hiver s'est possible de chauffer avec un chauffage à gaz méthan.

- to secure booking: a non refundable 30% deposit of whole amount;
- on arrival: security deposit of 150 euro refundable on departure prior to apartment inspection;
- on arrival: cash settlement of balance;
- on departure: the cost of any damages;
