Set on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, Sciacca Terme is an ancient and peaceful town with its thermal baths and fishing port. Furnished to very high standards, our quality self catering accommodation is situated on the hill of Sciacca, at only eight hundred meters from our town. The villa was recently converted from a large old sicilian farmhouse into self catering units. The cottage offers a wide range of modern appliances including central heating, gas cooker, fridge, micro-wave, toaster, TV, Hi-Fi, hair dryer, etc. There is ample parking on site as well as washing facilities. Bed linen, towels, tea cloths, washing up liquid, washing powder and softener, toilet rolls etc., are also provided. Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied weekly. There is always sufficient extra bed linen available. To start you off, you will find a complimentary basket of essentials (such as jam, cheese, butter, milk, coffee, tea, buns, orange juice, pasta, tomatoes, salt and pepper, organic olive oil, fruit, bread, buns and wine).
Small pets welcome. Baby sitting available on request. Bicycles available.
The villa consists in a large living-room furnished in old style, open fireplace, piano (in tune), HiFi, satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen (micro-wave, blender), bathroom (shower)on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a small lounge, 2 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 set of bunk beds and a bathroom. Independent central heating.
The garden(160 sq.mt) is for exclusive use of guests and comes with patio furniture. Sheltered
barbecue. Private car park. The villa can accommodate up to seven people.

La Villa si trova a Sciacca Terme (AG), sulla costa sud-occidentale della Sicilia, una delle città più antiche della Sicilia, sede di terme, porto di pesca e turistico al centro dell'itinerario archeologico. Da qui infatti sono facilmente raggiungibili Agrigento, Selinunte, Erice e Palermo. La villa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e rinnovata con materiali tradizionali (cotto, ceramica, travi di legno a vista, etc...).
I mobili da campagna che arredano gli ambienti e le varie camere, sono in gran parte antichi o di grande confort.
Nella villa, al vostro arrivo, troverete l'olio extra vergine d'oliva biologico prodotto dai proprietari.
Inoltre, a disposizione gratuitamente degli ospiti, vi sono: mountain bikes, libero accesso a internet, lavanderia completa di detersivi e parcheggio privato recintato.
La villa è su due piani. Al piano terra si trova un open space composto da un soggiorno con divani e poltrone, camino che si affaccia sul giardino, zona pranzo con un grande tavolo, pianoforte, cucina in muratura completamente attrezzata, e un bagno con doccia. Al primo piano si trovano una camera da letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli (a richiesta se ne può aggiungere un terzo) e un bagno con vasca. All'esterno si può usufruire del giardino, ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, completamente attrezzato con tavoli, sedie e barbecue. La villa è dotata di riscaldamento autonomo, Tv sat, HiFi e cd player. A lato del caseggiato si trova il parcheggio privato per gli ospiti. La villa può ospitare fino ad un massimo di sette persone.
